Ever throw a stick and ask your dog to fetch it or roll a ball of wool along the floor to tease your cat? Ever tell your 14 year-old that you've lost your wallet and that you'll give them a crisp £20 note if they can find it for you... even though you know you're sitting on it all along? Ok, so that one might just be me, but the point is they all move with a level of energy that you and I used to take for granted.
Let's face it, we've all promised to get the old trackies out and shift the larger-than-life derriere at some point or another. The bad news is we've run of excuses. The vast range of activities on offer in Bath and the South West in general is enough to get even the most hardened lazybones up and at 'em.
Mountain biking or climbing, paragliding, water skiing, combat games, sport for all shapes and sizes... and most of it leaving you with change from that £20.
Go on... put the slippers away for a few years yet... apparently some of this stuff is even quite good for you.
