Set in a beautiful and unique landscape, the Hestercombe Business and Conference Centre offers versatile accommodation for business meetings and conferences plus business functions, celebrations and exhibitions.
We offer competitive day delegate rates for business meetings and conferences in a variety of rooms catering for meetings of 3 to 4 delegates to 150 delegates.
Our largest room is the BAMPFYLDE HALL adjacent to which is THE COACH HOUSE SUITE which consists of four smaller rooms for meetings or break out rooms:
- The Bampfylde Hall can accommodate up to 120 delegates dependent upon room layout required
- The Granary accommodates 15 delegates
- Wheat accommodates 6 delegates
- Oat accommodates 4 to 6 delegates
- Barley accommodates 4 delegates
THE LUTYENS GALLERY accommodates 16 delegates
And we have space for a marquee 30m x 15m accommodating 200 delegates

NEW EXQUISITE VENUE:
The Mill & Barn Project is well underway. The Watermill and Barn will be a centre of education and interpretaion for the whole estate. In addition the Mill building will showcase the historic uses of renewable energy alongside original working mill machinery and demonstrate how these sustainable sources of enery may be harnessed in the future.
Completion is scheduled for the Spring 2010.
