The Cavendish Restaurant and Bar, situated within the hotel, has gained an excellent reputation both in Bath and further afield, and has been awarded two AA rosettes for the excellence of the cuisine. Our head chef Pieter Swanepoel has a real passion for seasonal produce and the menus feature modern British cuisine.
The Cavendish Restaurant and Bar have been designed to provide a light, airy environment in which to relax in comfort and the adjoining secluded patio garden, complete with sparkling fountain and scented roses, is perfect for summer alfresco eating.
The smaller, more intimate, of the two dining rooms can be reserved for private parties, receptions or business meetings.
As part of Dukes Hotel the Cavendish is open to both residents and nonresidents.
Head Chef, Pieter Swanepoel, has created seasonal menus which reflect the tastes and variety of the very best British produce. He uses organic and free range ingredients which, where possible, are locally sourced to create a tempting choice of meat, seafood and vegetarian dishes.

Fixed price menu offering a choice of two or three courses. Light meals are also served in the Bar at lunchtime.
